[ECS][Hybrid Renderer][URP] Entity Game Object has darker color in Play mode when using URP and Hybrid Renderer
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "1182196" project
2. Enter Play mode
Expected Result: Both GameObjects stays the same color as out of Play mode
Actual Result: The Color of the left GameObject turns darker
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a12, 2019.3.0b10
Did not reproduce on(No URP): 2019.2.12f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2017.4.34f1

I'm seeing the same issue, but only when targeting WebGL. When I switch to a Windows build, the issue goes away.

Reproduced using URP with 2019.3.0f3.

We try to be as diligent as we can and want to prioritize bugs that are causing issues with shipping and frequent pain points in day to day works. To ensure we are targeting the most important bugs we regularly close out older bugs that have not reached this threshold over the past months. The bug you have currently raised has not met this threshold for fixing over the last few months.
