[ECS]Compile error with ECS system when creating a Windows build
.How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "CompilerErrorRepro.zip" Project
2. Build the project
Expected Behavior: The build is successful
Actual Behavior: The build fails and editor spits errors
Reproducible with(Unity versions): 2019.4.0f1
Reproducible with(Package): 0.11.0, 0.11.1
Could not test on 2018.4, 2020.1 and 2020.2 since the HDRP package is custom and it throws errors since it cannot be automatically updated
Note: According to. the DRE the issue is already fixed and waiting for PR merge, please read private edits on this case
