[DX12 Editor] Switch to DX12 Editor crashes if object in scene is using a shader with UAV texture
Steps:
1. Open repro scene
2. In player settings, move DX12 to top of api list
3. Crash
Reproducible with : 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0p3
Note: DX12 editor is new in 17.3
