[DX12] Build crashes when Exclusive Fullscreen mode is used and the Player window is re-focused
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1339745"
2. Open the Project Settings
3. Set the Fullscreen Mode to "Exclusive Fullscreen". Located in the Player settings, under the Resolution and Presentation tab
4. Build the Project
5. Alt-Tab from the Player window and the Re-focus it
Expected results: The Player window is re-focused without a freeze or crash
Actual results: The Player window does not respond
Reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a19
Notes:
1. The issue did not reproduce when graphics API was set to D3D11
2. The issue did not reproduce with other Fullscreen Modes
3. Reproducible with the Legacy renderer and HDRP
