Duplicating a LayerGroup doesn't correctly duplicate children
*Description:*
*Repro Steps:*
Create a layer
Create a layer group
insert the initial layer into the layer group
duplicate (select in GO hierarchy, ctrl+d)
Note that this _only_ works when children are moved inside a group after the scene is opened (?), and that group is duplicated.
*Actual Results:*
the children are duplicated, but they aren't moved to the new parent correctly.
*Expected Results:*
children are duplicated and end up under the correct parent.
