Regression
No
Dropdown menus in Graph Settings open up in random locations
Steps to reproduce:
- Create an HDRP or URP Project (There are more Graph Settings in RP-specific Shadergraphs)
- Create a RP-specific Shadergraph
- Open the Graph Inspector > Graph Settings
- Open and close the dropdown menus while selecting random options from them until a dropdown menu opens up somewhere not right below the menu button
Actual results: After a couple times the user opens and reopens dropdown menus in the Graph Settings panel while selecting something from the dropdown menus the dropdown menu appears somewhere else in the Editor and not right below the dropdown menu button, this reproduction is inconsistent and sometimes happens all the time and sometimes appears randomly
Expected results: The dropdown menu appears below the dropdown menu button every time
Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.12f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.41f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 10/11
Notes:
- Issue seems to be reproducible in Built-in, HDRP and URP
- Couldn't find the regression point, but this might have to do something with the Contextual Menu reversal
-
Resolution Note:
