Draw Mode's dropdown 'Show Lightmap Resolution' option is cropped
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached '19.3.b3.zip' project
2. Select Draw Mode dropdown in the Scene View
3. Observe the Draw Mode's dropdown
Expected result: Show Lightmap Resolution option is not cropped
Actual result: Show Lightmap Resolution option is cropped
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0a2
