Dragging and dropping files from the Unity Editor to a different app doesn't work when Cmd-Tab is used to switch apps
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project or create a new project
2. Select any file from the Unity Editor Project window and drag it
3. While dragging the file, press ‘Command' + ‘Tab’
4. Open the 'Terminal' application
5. Drop the file in the ‘Terminal’ application
Expected result: The directory of the file is pasted into the ‘Terminal’
Actual result: The directory of the file is pasted into the 'Terminal’ only sometimes, other times nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a10, 2021.3.15f1, 2023.1.0a23
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.1.0a9
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0.1 (Intel)
Notes:
- When reproducing the steps, after pressing ‘Command' + ‘Tab’, the dragging of the file becomes laggy
- Sometimes while reproducing the issue, the name of the file gets stuck on screen
