Dragging a sprite into Scene View no longer auto-imports to Assets
1. Create a new project, in 3D mode
2. Open File Explorer (Windows) or its OSX equivalent
3. Drag any sprite (.jpg or .png for example) from File Explorer into Scene View
Expected: The image is auto-imported into the project assets
Observed: The image is not auto-imported into the project assets
Occurring on: 5.6.0f3 onwards until 2017.3.0a1 (current latest trunk)
Not occurring: 5.5.4f1 and earlier
