[DOTS] Platform selection dropdown in Build Configuration doesn't disappear when clicking outside of its area
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "BuildConfigIssue" project
2. Select the "Assets -> Repro" Build Configuration file
3. Select the Platform dropdown
4. Click outside of the dropdown's area
Expected result: Dropdown gets hidden
Actual result: Dropdown doesn’t get hidden and remains over other UI elements within the Editor
Reproducible with: 0.51.1-preview.21 (2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0 (Intel)
