[.NET 4.6] Editor crashes in mfplat.dll when calling CSCore method on .NET 4.6
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open attached “CSCoreCrash.zip” Unity project
2.Download attached 'Test.mp3' file
3.Select 'SongLoader' object in Hierarchy
4.Enter the directory for 'Test.mp3' in the Inspector tab
5.Enter Play mode
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0b3, 2017.2.0f2, 2017.1.1p4, 2017.1.0b1
Note: Crash doesn't reproduce on .NET 3.5.
