[.NET 4.6] Editor crashes if an assembly was built with a reference to an older version of another assembly in the project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project(AssembliesWithDifferentBuildNumberCrash.zip)
2. Select the asset named "Slave Scritpable Object" in the Assets folder
3. Observe the crash
Expected result: Unity should not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
