[GameView] Free-aspect game window doesn't clear when camera is set to not clear
1. Create new project
2. Set camera clear flags to "Don't Clear"
3. Press play
4. Press "Stats" and close it
5. There will be "Stats" window on screen
6. Change aspect ratio to any other
7. Issue will be gone
