Double separation lines are present in Override Controls in a new Volume Profile Asset
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new URP Project
# Create a Volume Profile Asset in the Project Browser (Right click > Create > Rendering > Volume Profile)
# Add an Override ("Film Grain", "Lens Distortion", "Chromatic Abberation" etc.)
# Click on the kebab menu button (︙) and observe the context menu's options
# Click on the option to "Show Default Volume Profile"
# In the default Volume Profile try clicking the kebab menu buttons
*Actual results:* An additional line is present between "Remove" and "Show Default Volume Profile" options, in the default Volume Profile there are 3 separation lines due to UUM-108517
*Expected results:* Only a single separation line is present
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.1f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.6f1, 6000.2.0b4
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.0f1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
