Dirty Asset Import Settings are not applied when using ModelImporter.SaveAndReimport() method
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. In the top menu, select Example > Change Settings Editor
3. In the Change Settings Editor Window, select an Avatar in the “New Avatar” Property
4. In the Project Window, select “Assets/ExampleAnimations/Character (1)@Jumping Down.fbx” Animation
5. In the Change Settings Editor Window, select the “Apply Avatar” Button
6. Observe the Inspector Window
Expected result: The new avatar is set and the settings are applied
Actual result: The new avatar is set, but the settings are not applied
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b13, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a22
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.2.0b12
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.4
Note: Additionally, the IsDirty() method can be used and it displays that the import model is dirty
