Developer Data framework hyperlink in the Diagnostics Project Settings tab does nothing when clicked
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
- Open the Diagnostics tab in the Project Settings window
- Click the "Developer Data framework" hyperlink
- Observe the Editor
Actual results: Nothing happens
Expected results: Developer Data framework website is opened
Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0b10, 6000.4.1f1
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
