Delay saving assets hangs the Editor on launch with HDRP and Updated Prefabs
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
Result: editor hangs
Reproduced on 2018.3.0b6, 2019.1.0a6 on any HDRP 2.0.1, 4.0.1*
Not reproduced on 2018.2.13f1 on any HDRP versions(since Updated Prefabs are introduced in 2018.3)
Notes:
- Can be negated by checking and returning if EditorApplication.isUpdating
- *Unable to test lower HDRP versions due to API issues
