Debugger can not be attached and Unity crashes on exit after that (.NET 4.6)
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached (case_923000-ReflectionTest.zip).
2. Open script "Reflections.cs".
3. Try to attach debugger to Unity.
Notes: It can also be achieved in new project with any script.
Expected result: Debugger will be attached.
Actual result: Debugger is not attached. When closing Editor, it crashes.
