Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project ("ProjectorSim_HDRP_2019.zip")
2. Build it
Reproduced in: 2019.1.1f1, 2019.2.0a14
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.25f1*, 2018.3.14f1*
Note: Can't build due to package errors
