CustomEditor List scrolls down when pressing Enter and ListView.selectionType is set to None
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. In the Project window, select asset "test" (Assets/test.test)
3. In the Inspector window, select "Element 1" and press the Enter key
Expected result: The List's scroll bar stays in place
Actual result: The List scrolls down to the bottom
Reproducible with: 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a12
Could not test with: 2019.4.31f1 (Console errors when launching the project)
Note: The issue doesn't reproduce when setting the ListView.selectionType to Single or Multiple
