Custom uGUI text pops out of rect bounds on certain game view sizes
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open TextIssue scene. It contains two texts, one on the top is the default uGUI text, the bottom one is the custom text
3. Change the game resolution to 16:9
4. Slowly scale the game window height/width and you'll notice that the bottom text starts popping outside it's rect bounding box (even if it's set to best fit)
Moving the text makes it normal again
