Custom Resolution button in Resolution dropdown menu is obscured and has no padding on the bottom
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Project
2. In Game View click on the Custom Resolution dropdown menu (Free Aspect by default)
3. Observe the "+" icon
Expected result: Padding on the bottom of the dropdown menu
Actual result: No padding, the button is obstructed
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.1.0a15 (Icon is not obstructed, but the padding is still missing)
