Custom pixel-perfect splashscreen becomes black immediately on WP8
Steps to reproduce:
1. Build any project to VS solution
2. Delete SplashScreenImage.jpg and create SplashScreenImage-XXXX.jpg according to each resolution.
3. Deploy app
4. After splashscreen is shown, it immediately turns black.
