Cursor icon does not change into a hand when hovered over a Script in the Console after refocusing the Unity Editor window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the attached "1215837.zip" Unity project, then enter Play Mode
2. Defocus and refocus the Unity Editor window with the Console open
3. Select the printed message in the Console and hover your cursor over the Script directory link
4. Observe the cursor
Expected result: the cursor's icon changes to a hand
Actual result: the cursor's icon remains as an I-beam cursor until the lower area of the Console is fully focused.
Reproducible with: 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a23
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.17f1 (due to the directories not having links in the Console)
Notes: when clicking on the area where the message is displayed in detail, the Console gets fully focused and the cursor's icon changes to a hand when hovering over the Script's directory link.
