Culled reflections of Objects with Pixel-lit Shaders have artifacts when Fog is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1065588.zip" project
2. Rotate the Scene view upwards slightly
3. Notice the artifacts on the reflection of the Cube
Expected result: culled reflections remain intact
Actual result: culled reflections develop artifacts
Reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.3.0a7
Note: FX/Water Shader used in the project is from the official Unity Standard Assets package
