Creating a new UI object in disabled canvas creates a new canvas
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a canvas element
3. Disable the Gameobject
4. Select the canvas
5. Try to create a UI element (for example, Text)
Expected result: the new Gameobject gets parented to the selected canvas
Actual result: a new Canvas is created and the new gameobject is parented to that
Reproduce 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0p1, 2018.1.0b3
