Creating a new project when the editor layout includes Player Settings with XR settings selected throws errors
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Player Settings window and choose "XR Settings" tab
3. Close this project
4. Create another new project
5. "Failed to load window layout" dialog will show up - click "Load Default Layout"
6. Inspect the console
Expected results: No errors are thrown
Actual results: "Failed to destroy editor window" and "Failed to load window layout:" errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b6, 2020.1.0a7
Couldn't test up to 2019.3.0b5, since the newly created projects didn't include "XR Management" package by default
Reproducible with package versions: 3.0.3 (Since the new project always uses the newest version, couldn't test with other versions)
