Crash when generating Lights with a static asset
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and "index" scene
2. Set "fireplace" and all it's children to static
3. In the lighting tab, press "Generate Lighting"
Expected result: Lighting is generated
Actual result: Unity crashes while generating lighting
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b3, 2020.2.0b11
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.16f1, 2020.2.0b2, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a8
