Crash when entering play mode with RaycastCommand.ScheduleBatch with ResizeUninitialized RaycastCommand array
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open "TestRaycastCommand_Exceptions" scene
3. Press Play
Expected result: Unity does not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3

Resolution Note:
All of the batched queries require the final sizes of the arrays by the moment ScheduleBatch is invoked. This is because it creates jobs immediately and runs checks to make sure there is room for results.
