Crash when Cloth's Capsule Colliders are far enough away from each other
How to reproduce:
1. Download the ownCloud linked project
2. Extract and open the project
3. Go into Play mode
4. Face the hovering platform in front of you and press the left mouse button
Expected result: Unity keeps working
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.6f1, 2018.3.0a11
Note: In the project, there is a "bullet repository" and it's far enough from the player. After left mouse button is clicked, it takes one sphere from that repository and relocates it to the player's position, then it crashes. However, if the repository is already at the player's position, it doesn't crash.
