Crash/NotSupportedException when calling System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.StringToAllocatedMemoryUTF8 on IL2CPP
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (remoting-not-supported)
2. Make sure IL2CPP is selected in Player Settings
3. Build and run the Example Scene for Windows/macOS Standalone
Expected result: no crash or errors occur
Actual result: the player crashes after splash screen
Reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
