Crash on strnlen when exiting Play mode while networking server is active
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press Launch Server
5. Press Launch Client
6. Press Halt
7. Repeat steps 3-6
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproduced on: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.1.0a14, 2018.3.3f1.
Notes:
Errors before the crash are thrown: "Socket: accept failed, error: Either the application has not called WSAStartup, or WSAStartup failed.
(10093)"
Can't test previous Unity versions because the project gets corrupted.
