Crash on pqInit when passing NaN values to SpriteShapeController.Spline.InsertPointAt()
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the "SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Press Play
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a13, 2018.3.1f1, 2018.2.20f1, 2018.1.9f2.
Notes:
The crash happens on line "spline.InsertPointAt(0, new Vector3(nan, nan, nan));", nan_casuing_script.cs: 13.

Resolution Note:
Testing for invalid values such as NaN is potentially required on a number of APIs if we were to be tested for validity. This can be easily tested before calling the respective API.
