Crash on GUIView::ProcessInputEventFromAPI when creating new Scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Open the New Scenw Window (File > New Scene)
Expected result: The New Scene Window is opened
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.2f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: There was no local reproduction on Intel MacOS or Windows 10 with any stream
