Crash on GetUpdateTextureFunc when streaming an HDRP scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “renderStreamBug“ project
2. Open the “GetUpdateTextureFunc“
3. In the project directory open “WebApp“
4. In the browser navigate to http://127.0.0.1:80 and select “Receiver Sample“
5. In the Editor, enter Play Mode
6. In the browser at the “Receiver Sample“ page press the play button
Expected result: The Game view is streamed in the browser
Actual result: The Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 3.1.0-exp.6 (2021.3.36f1), 3.1.0-exp.7 (2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.13f1, 2023.3.0b10)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
