Crash on DynamicHeapAllocator::Deallocate when first time opening new project with VR Template

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project with a VR template
2. Open project

Expected result: Editor launches successfully and does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 6.1.1 (2022.3.8f1)
Not reproducible with: 5.0.1 (2021.3.42f1), 6.1.1 (2022.3.42f1), 9.0.1 (6000.0.14f1)
Fixed in: 6.1.1 (2022.3.9f1)

Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
