Crash on CustomRenderTextureManager::AddCustomRenderTextureInternal when opening a project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "FacialLandmarkDetection - 2019.zip"
Expected result: Editor opens the project
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a15, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a8
