Crash in ParticleSystemParticles::CopyToArrayAOS() when calling ParticleSystem.GetParticles with a large negative offset
How to reproduce:
1. Open tester-attached project (ParticleCrash)
2. In SampleScene enter Play Mode
3. Press 'Space' to call ParticleSystem.GetParticles()
Expected result: the Editor does not crash
Actual result: the Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a19
Could not test with: 2017.4.35f1(ParticleSystem.GetParticles does not take 3 arguments)
