Crash if the created asset name is too long
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new project
2. Create any file
3. Set the name longer than about 260 characters
- Editor crashes at this point
Expected result: an error should be thrown saying that the name cannot be this long
Actual result: editor crashes
Reproduced in: 5.5.5p1, 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b1
