[CPU PLM] Large light grid causes poor light baking performance
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download CSR racing vertical slice project
2. Make sure that you have CPU Lightmapper set as the lightmapping backend
3. Bake the lighting
4. Notice that the bake performance is very low
Notes:
- Reproduces only with CPU PLM
- OpenRL 502 error fix PR does not remedy this issue
- Large scene extents and concentrated baked light placement are the main culprits of this; reducing the number of baked GI contributors outside of playable area would benefit the performance
