[CPU PLM] Bake does not finish with high resolution geometry
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "CPU_PLM_infinite_loop_2020.1.16f1.zip"
2. Open BakeErrorTest
3. Open the Lighting window, and Generate Lightmap
Expected results: complete successfully
Actual results: not finish(infinite loop)
Reproduced: 2020.1.0b9, 2020.1.15f1, 2020.2.0a11
Not reproduced: 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a12, 2020.2.0b13
Notes:
- Only CPU lightmapper is wrong. Not Enlighten and GPU lightmapper.
- No dependencies to render-pipeline.
