Coroutines do not progress when WebGL app is hidden
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("webgl-coroutine-2019.1.zip")
2. Open Build Settings ("File->Build Settings")
3. Switch platform to WebGL
4. In the Player Settings window WebGL tab -> Resolution and Presentation tab select:
- Run in Background option
- MyTemplate in WebGL Template
5. Build and Run the project
Expected result: Splash screen is removed after the WebGL app is loaded
Actual result: Splash screen stays on after WebGL app is loaded
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b6, 2019.2.15f1, 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0f2, 2020.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.14f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a2
Not tested with: 2017.4.34f1 (InvalidOperationException)
