core::StringStorageDefault<char>::assign Crash and Editor unresponsiveness when changing from Asset Pipeline V1 to V2 and back
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open supplied project
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings -> Editor -> Asset Pipeline
3. Change from V2 to V1 or vice versa
Expected: nothing happens
Actual: the Editor either crashes with the provided Stack Trace or it stops responding (see attached video)
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0b8, 2020.1.0a9
Not reproduced in: 2019.2.10f1
Note: might take a couple of switches to reproduce
2017.4, 2018.4 - Asset Pipeline is not changeable
