Copy and paste doesn't work in input field
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "copypastenoworky.zip"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Try to copy or paste anything to the input field
Expected result: you can copy or paste text from or into the input field
Actual result: you can't copy or paste text to the input field
Reproduced on:
2018.3.0b6 2018.3.0b7 2018.3.0b9 2018.3.0b10 2018.3.0b12 2019.1.0a11
Not reproduced on:
2018.2.18f1 2018.3.0b1 2018.3.0b5
Notes: this is also true using TextMeshPro - InputField
Using COMMAND+CONTROL+C/V copy paste works
