Console does not react on double-click on compilation error from local or embedded packages
Steps:
1. Create a new project or load attached one
2. Introduce compilation error to the one of the embedded packages (e.e. Rider Code Editor) or local package
==> Error appears in Console
3. Double-click on the error in Console
==> Nothing happens
