Compiler error CS0433 in Console when compiling using types from the System.Numerics namespace under .NET Standard 2.1
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Unity project ("case_1355608_2022.1.0a5.zip")
2. Observe the output in the Console
Expected result: no compilation error present
Actual result: compilation error is present
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f2, 2021.1.16f1 (.NET Standard 2.1 available from 2021.2)
