Compilation never finishes if collab window is opened
Steps to reproduce:
1. open new unity project and start collab
2. force script compilation by changing and saving a script
3. go back to unity and click collab window while compilation is in progress
- the compilation will never finish (repro vid attached)
Workaround: build&run (Ctrl+B) and cancel it. This will reset compilation progress
Reproduced: 2017.1.0a2
