[CommandBuffer][DX9] Inconsistent Behaviour Across Graphics APIs
Reproduction steps:
1. Download "Report-Updated5.3-Fixed" project (6/15/2016 - 9:59).
2. Open and play it with "-force-d3d11" or "-force-glcore" launch options.
3. Notice, that feets are not visible(Picture attached("Pic")).
4. Open and play the project with "-force-d3d9" launch options.
5. Notice, that feets are visible(Picture attached("Pic")).
Note:
- If you get "System.IO.File' does not contain a definition for `WriteAllBytes" error, change target platform to "WebGL".
