Colors of scene change when going from windowed to fullscreen mode using Direct3D12 and Linear color space
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure that Direct3D12 and Linear color space is selected in the Player settings
3. Build the project
4. Open the build
5. Press Alt + Enter to go to windowed mode
6. Press Alt + Enter to go back to fullscreen mode
Expected result: The colors of the scene do not change
Actual result: The colors of the scene become more vibrant
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a6, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.1.0a5
Workaround: Use Direct3D11 or Color Space - Gamma
