Color channels turn darker when Dynamic Resolution is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWER” Project
2. Open the “Assets/_Scene/Splash.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Hierarchy Window select “Main Camera” GameObject
5. In the Inspector Window select Camera > Output > Allow Dynamic Resolution
Expected result: No significant impact is visible in the Game View
Actual result: The Game View turns darker
Reproducible with: 2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a10
Could not test with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.322f1 (error CS1061: 'Resolution' does not contain a definition for 'refreshRateRatio')
Reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.3
